The Checkout page says no setup fees and no monthly maintenance fees but lists no transaction rates. Payoneer's general pricing page lists 'Up to 3.99% + 0.49 USD' when a payer uses a credit card, without saying it applies to Checkout. Fees vary by territory, account type and onboarding channel.
Sign-up note: you must have or be willing to set up a Hong Kong entity and have monthly webstore volume above USD $20,000. Fraud screening and dispute tools are powered by Stripe, with pre-dispute alerts.
Card payments typically settle into the Payoneer account within a few business days; local methods vary by market.
